The accelerator got stuck because his foot was on it, Pay attention to the brake lights, engine noise and reverse lights....... He didn't go strait into drive, he went in and kept in reverse and then he let go of the brake followed by acceleration .. He made no attempt to go forward....Another bogas claim .....
